Al-Houthi leader Abdulaziz Al-Rumaymah called for stopping the Ghariba Al-Bann 2 series, because one of the participating actresses in the series belongs to their Hashemite family, which is part of the Houthi tendencies to baptize the class differences removed by the September 26 revolution.

“Al-Rumaymah” directed in a letter to the competent authorities, accusing the series Ghariba Al-Bann 2 of “Al-Khale ‘”, because the actress belongs to the Hashemite family, noting that the aim of this is to distort the character of the family and opposes their religion.

This coincided with the sending of an armed militia to the artist Salah Al-Wafi’s home, and threatened to kill him, calling on him to stop the series, as part of the violations facing artworks in areas under the authority of the Houthi militia loyal to Iran.

The star of the second part of the series “Weird coffee”, Shaimaa Mohamed, said that someone attacked the Al-Wafi Art Production Company building and was armed, as if it were state and law in the country as described.

“This person threatened Salah Al-Wafi with death and threw her and her husband on their offer, on the pretext that he had a power of attorney from her husband’s father,” she said.

She asserts in her publication that there is no legal text appointing a person who cannot take over the affairs of himself by taking over the affairs of a married girl first.

Shaimaa said in her post that some say that the assailant is her uncle, stressing that the issue is not family and that the subject involves attempted murder and personal defamation.

Shaimaa concluded her post by inviting human rights organizations and security agencies to play their role as soon as possible.

It is mentioned that the second part of the series “Weird coffee” will be shown in Ramadan, and many stars of the first part of the series, Kassali Hamadeh, Afnan Al-Wasabi and Ammar Al-Azki, have left the series because of conditions they have and was replaced by the young media Shaima Mohammed and Kamal Tamah.
