The Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Yemen has an agreement between the Houthi militia and leaders of al-Qaeda and ISIS in the Al-Bayda Governorate.
Intelligence sources close to the news agency told the news agency, that the Houthi militia has concluded an agreement with leaders of ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorist organizations in Al-Bayda Governorate, under the auspices of the Qatari intelligence.
The agreement stipulated that the Houthi militia release more than 33 elements held in an intelligence prison in the capital, Sana’a, which is controlled by Houthi, in exchange for the failure of the two elements of the “Al Qaeda and ISIS” organization, that is, confrontations with militia elements in the White Front.
The sources confirmed that the agreement was attended by the prominent Houthi leader Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, and another person from the Security and Intelligence Agency, whose identity was not known.
The agreement stipulated that the Houthi militia stop progressing towards the Qayfah area, the main stronghold of ISIS and al Qaeda.
The agreement also adopted a truce between ISIS and al-Qaeda fighters after the former attempted to expand to al-Qaeda areas close to the ISIS camp.
The sources suggested that the Houthi militia would release those accused of terrorism cases, in order to carry out terrorist operations and assassinations of anti-militia figures in its control areas, as well as facilitate its passage into liberated areas to carry out terrorist operations.
The sources of the news agency warned of these moves, calling on all honorable people from Yemen and the Yemeni authorities to take caution.
Earlier, Khabar News Agency had revealed that the terrorist organization ISIS had started a new camp in Qayfah.
